According to bankrate.com, last week mortgage rates fell to another all-time low last week. The benchmark 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped 5 basis points. In the week ahead, 56 percent of the experts we polled predict rates will stay the same, 13 percent of the experts predict a rise in rates and 31 percent predict that rates will drop even further.
