Align yourself with like minded people! Sometimes the best professional relationships start in the most unexpected places. I first met Greg Clark while working an open house. While we both happen to have firefighting backgrounds, that’s not what truly connected us. What stood out was how aligned we are in our priorities our faith, our commitment to serving others, and our dedication to taking care of our clients with “Level 10” service. We both believe in being available, responsive, and doing whatever it takes to help our clients achieve their goals. Because of those shared values, we’ve built an incredible working relationship. Perspective matters. A lot of people look at today’s mortgage rates and think, “I’ll wait until rates come down.” But history tells a different story.
For much of the last 50 years, mortgage rates were significantly higher than what many buyers face today. The ultra low rates of 2020-2021 were the exception, not the rule. Another deal saved.
This client was being turned down by their initial lender, but the issue wasn’t a lack of loan programs it was taking the time to fully evaluate the situation and present the file properly for underwriting review.
Sometimes the difference between an approval and a denial comes down to understanding the complete story, identifying strengths within the file, and packaging it in a way that allows the underwriter to make an informed decision.

Congratulations to this amazing client on closing on his new home today! This journey required plenty of patience and persistence. Thanks to the amazing agent Drake Holt we worked through three different contracts before finding the perfect home for his family to settle down together. Moments like these remind us that the right home is worth the wait. We’re grateful to have been part of this family’s journey and wish them many years of happiness, memories, and new beginnings in their new home.
