The credit union will be closed this Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. for a special meeting to consider and act upon a plan and proposal to merge with Alabama One Credit Union. The meeting will be held at The Daugherty-Dixon Community Safe Room at 63 River Rd., McIntosh, AL. All members are encouraged to attend.

🔴Update 9/11/2023 - We found out today that the issue should be fixed this Wednesday, 9/13/2023. Please let us know if you have any issues after that date. Thank you again for your patience as we waited for our card processor to research and get this resolved.🔴

The problem has still not been resolved. This is a list of the ATMs that have been proven to be currently accepting our debit cards.

Unfortunately, there have been no significant updates to share regarding this issue. We are aware of the inconvenience to our members who have been unable to withdraw money from local ATMs. We are keeping in touch with the card processor. When we have something significant to share, we will do it through this page. We apologize for the ongoing problem.

For our members: we have been made aware that our debit cards are not working at some/most of the ATMs in our area. Unfortunately, we are not sure why this is happening. Please accept our apologies and know that we have notified our card processor. Someone should be working on this issue, and hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Thank you for your continued patience.
