Meet Lynnzi Fitch!
- She had worked for Arklamiss Crop Insurance since 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. Helping wherever necessary, answering phones, and greeting/helping whoever walks through the front door. She has been with her other half for 18 years and counting. They have 4 beautiful kiddos and they make their world go round. Edyn (22), Traelyn(19), Madilynn Gayle (17) and Ivy (14). In her spare time she enjoys all the ballparks, watching anything McGehee Owl related, exercising and spending all her time with family.

Meet Nicci Frazer!
- She left her job as a literacy coach in 2018 and came to work in the wild world of Crop Insurance.
-While it is very different than anything shes ever dreamed of doing, she loves that we get to support one of the most important aspects of our culture and livelihood-the American Farmer. She also loves getting to work with people who genuinely love what they do!
- Nicci does processing for crop insurance as well as the accounting and HR side of the company.

Meet Amber Kingston!
-She joined the Arklamiss family as a processor in the summer of 2023. Before Arklamiss she had been a stay-at-home mom for 18 years and loved every minute of it. She has been married to her husband Jason for almost 24 years.
They have two beautiful daughters, Lanie 19 and Libby 16.
She loves Jesus and does her best to put Him first in everything she does.
-Some of her favorite things are spending time with family, watching softball, loving on their dogs and cats, and going to the beach.

Meet Jayson Sandine!
-Jayson graduated from UAM with a bachelor’s in AG business. He has been an agent with the company since 2016. Him and his wife Meredith have been married for 8 years and they have two sons together, Will 4 and Walker 2.

-His favorite thing about crop insurance is being able to deal with the Farmer on a day-to-day basis. It allows him the opportunity to help the farmer provide a safety net for their operations, while helping protect one of the nations most important industries.

-His favorite thing about Arklamiss is that it strives to put their employees first. They are all like a big family at the office. They provide a great work environment for everyone which makes their job so much easier.
