My husband and I wanted to purchase a home and didn't know where,when,how we were going to do this so my Realtor Tasha introduce us to Jerry Blevins. OMG when I say from January 2024 to April 2024 everything started. Jerry was sooooo awesome from the beginning to the end. Everything he said he was gone do he did. Our experience with him was so mind blowing. He made sure his team was there and available for us day and night even weekends. They worked so hard for us and things started just falling into place. He got us the down payment assistant program, the best interest rate on the market,and to top it all off, we didnt pay anything at our closing, in fact we received a check at our closing. So with that being said, I will recommend him and his team hands down. This was our first time purchasing a home, so if you or anyone you know looking to purchase I will bet that Jerry and his team will get the job done. Thanks to Jerry, Nikki, and Kim for all of their hard work and support. My husband and I love our home and the mortgage price ain't too bad either.
