This year I'm becoming a father and one of the activities my wife and I are doing is making the space for our new born. 👶🏾We put together a crib, rocker, bottles, changing area, dressers blankets and all the other important things to help make sure or child is well taken care of.
But something i took the liberty to do is increase my personal property limits on my renters insurance policy. Our limits was at 20,000 dollars now we increased it to 35,000.

Grant it the increase was only pennies to our monthly insurance payment a month. We now are secured in knowing that if anything happen to our personal belongings we wont have to buy all this over again saving us 10's of thousand of dollars!
