Rough River Lake 🏡 home owner's in the areas within ~15-20 minute drive to the dam: I've been asked by the main contractors for the project to put together a list of long-term rentals for their construction teams.

These can be 1br - 1 bath cabins up to multi-BR/bath homes.

Wish list typically looks like this-

- furnished FULLY (right down to silverware!) 🍴
- lake area setting OR located in Leitchfield
- utilities, lawn services included in lease terms
- annual lease with renewable terms
- walking roads or paths is possible in the neighborhood
- well equipped kitchens! (Many of them like to cook!)

These folks have limits on housing allowances that are set by their companies. So far, those limits have been consistent with the local area market.

I don't make any $$ from connecting you with a possible tenant. My only role is screening the list to be sure it meets their minimum requirements.
