Reel Estate Walkthrough

Rough River Lake lot before and after. It’s amazing what can be done with a little imagination and a big excavator. We cleared the lot, hauled away the debris, built a path to access the lake, secured a dock permit and sold.

Bluegrass Lumber & Hardware, LLC came out and measured for the kitchen cabinets and drew up this rendering. Designing a kitchen layout for a remodel can be deceptively tricky. Especially if you change the layout. Thanks for the help John!

Kitchen remodel on Rough River Lake

Just got done hauling all the clutter out of this home. It took 7 30 yard dumpsters to get all the stuff out of this place 🤯!

2 days into this project I realized we needed some help. Luckily, Junk Lovers Junk Removal & Hauling LLC was willing to take it on. It took a full week to get everything out of the house. Couldn’t recommend Junk Lovers enough! Super nice people that do great work.

Next week we’ll put a roof on it and tear out all the old flooring and fixtures.
