We are a growing insurance agency looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Process policy updates, renewals, and documentation
- Help maintain accurate client records
- Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)

Schedule: Full-time: Monday through Friday

8:30 am to 4:30 pm
