Significant increase on mortgage rates in the last 24 hours. What that means is:
If you went under contract and the rate was not locked, it’s going to be higher FOR SURE

Even rates that were quoted last week, are no longer VALID

Rates in the 8’s are now a reality for low credit scores and for those not paying points

I’ve taken the initiative of putting a small table down below to compare OUR rates VS the National
average

Realtors, give me a call if you have a client that wants a second opinion, or didn’t have their rate locked when they went under contract.
