RGVAA Members,

I had the honor of representing the Rio Grande Valley Apartment Association at this year’s NAA Advocate Conference in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

Alongside Vice President Crystal Villarreal (Moya), we joined forces with apartment associations from across the country to advocate for YOU—our members—and the policies that affect our communities every day.

🏛️ We pushed for:
✅ Extension of the 199A QBI Deduction
✅ Passage of H.R. 1078 – Respect State Housing Laws Act

💬 We met with lawmakers like Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz, Congressman Henry Cuellar, and Congressman Vicente Gonzalez to make sure your voice is heard loud and clear.
