Having debt does NOT automatically mean you can’t buy a house. 👏🏼🏡

Credit cards? 💳
Student loans? 🎓

You don’t have to be completely debt-free to become a homeowner.

What matters is how those monthly payments fit with your income — aka your debt-to-income ratio (DTI).

And sometimes the answer isn’t “No.”

It’s “Not yet… but here’s the plan.” ✨
