We are hiring Insurance CSR & Producer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Contact customers regarding past-due bills.
Set customer appointments for the agent.
Take payments.
Pivot to insurance products while helping customers.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Make outbound calls to customers to offer discounts.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Work independently and as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Bilingual(English/Spanish)
Dedicated to customer service
Able to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life/Health License
Must be highly self-motivated.
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon goals
Professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour (P&C Licensed) + Commission or $9 per hours + Commission ( No Licensed)
