📉Refinancing Option: You can change your interest rate later. You can never change your purchase price.

Don’t fall for the MYTH that rate is the single determining factor. A full analysis is recommended. Consider the payment, make sure it fits your budget, and don’t lose out on the opportunity to get into your dream home.
