🇲🇽❤️ ¡Feliz 16 de septiembre! ❤️🇲🇽

Today, the girls and I proudly wore our Mexican shirts to celebrate our beautiful roots. I was born here in the United States and am a proud first-generation American, raised by immigrant parents. I spent much of my childhood in Río Bravo, Tamaulipas, where my family is from, so my Mexican roots run very deep. Mexican culture was the first culture I knew—it was the language spoken in our home, the food we ate, the music we listened to, and the traditions we celebrated. My parents still don’t speak English, so that connection to Mexico has always remained such a strong part of my life.

To me, Mexican culture is one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced, and I’m incredibly proud that it is my culture and part of who I am. I love Mexico with all my heart, and I truly hope to retire and live there one day. 🇲🇽

I also love that the women on my team—Priscilla, Andrea, Nadia, and of course my daughter Destiny—all share that same love and pride for our Mexican roots and traditions.

Proud to be American and forever proud of the Mexican blood that runs through me. ¡Viva México! 🇲🇽✨
