Wow!!! Today a couple dropped off some beautiful flowers for Barb, our office manager. The customers were so thankful that Barb was able to help navigate them through not one, but two claims in the last few months. They said that they have never been treated so well and they were so grateful for her assistance throughout the whole process. Barb, has been there with a smile and a helping hand for all of our customers for nearly 24 years. Thank you Barb!!! You ROCK!!!

The Mayville Fire Department received a $10,000 grant through the Good Neighbor Firefighter Safety Program, provided by State Farm and the National Volunteer Fire Council. The Brad Marx Insurance Agency awarded the check to the Mayville Fire Department on Wednesday, Sept. 3. The vast majority of our claims have been settled or are in the process of being settled. If you are having ANY issues with your claim, please let us know. Congratulations to the Mayville Fire Department!!! Very well deserved and well earned!!!

Big News! The Mayville Fire Department has been awarded a $10,000 grant from State Farm and National Volunteer Fire Council to help us purchase equipment. These funds will allow us to update the station with firefighter lockers, as well as purchase a new battery powered chainsaw and ventilation fan.

This support helps us protect our community and keep our firefighters safe. Thank you for being a !

Hello everyone! With the heavy rains in southeast Wisconsin over the last few days, we have had several calls asking about flood coverage. Generally, water damage caused by floods is not covered under your regular homeowners policy. Yet, you can obtain flood insurance through FEMA and the National Flood Insurance Program. Our office is licensed for this. Please reach out if we can be of assistance.

Happy Monday, everyone. I hope all of you had a great weekend! The amount of claims being submitted has dropped considerably, and a lot of the tornado claims are now being settled. So, the State Farm corporate claim representative will be in our office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week. He will also be out in the field during those days, delivering settlement checks directly to our customers. If you have any claim concerns or issues, please reach out directly to us at the office so we can set up an appointment with him. Our office number is 920-387-5070.

Good morning! We are making a ton of progress in moving forward to get our customers claims settled from the tornadoes. The State Farm corporate claims adjuster has been working directly with customers and has been able to help explain in great detail, both the claims process and claim payments. If you are having any troubles or concerns, or just a simple question, please reach out. No question is too small! Please reach out.

We do realize that a lot of the claims and repairs have stalled due to contractor availability. We ask that you continue to have patience and understanding with these businesses. Also, we encourage you to contact your contractors directly and work with them to get on their schedule to get your repairs started.
