If you are trying to enroll in ACA/Marketplace Health Insurance, PLEASE be weary of all the people calling you. ALSO, if you already had Marketplace insurance, please check your policies and information to ensure it's all correct. FRAUD is happening! Please remember that subsidies are based on EVERY person and ALL your combined taxable income that is claimed on your annual Tax Return, whether they get the health insurance or not. IF your household and their income is not correct and you receive a higher subsidy than you should, when you file your taxes the next year, the IRS will require you pay it back. Please be aware!!
