The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for almost all of Northeast Ohio, in effect from 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, to noon on Monday, Jan. 26.
Our office staff have been working from home and are ready to take calls as long as the power has not been distributed during normal office hours. As usual we allow for evening calls to be taken by our after hours customer care service for assistance 24 hours a day! Please be safe. Remember parking bans take place on most city streets after 2 or more inches of snow. Keep the roads clear for the trucks and stay off the roads as much as possible.

Hello State Farm Family! We are pleased to announce we officially have another office mascot. After the passing of Gigi in January, we felt it was very quiet in here. Meet CHICO he's a 5 and a half months old Chihuahua. He's got a lot of energy but he's friendly, be sure to come by to say hello!
