Hello State Farm Customers:
As always, I am dedicated to communicating and being available to you for all your insurance concerns.
I am not going to sugarcoat the impact of COVID-19.
We all need to do our part to protect ourselves, families, and the communities with which we love.
We will be operating as normal with some additional ADDED VALUE and SERVICES for you.
Our plan is to offer the following:
1) We are here. Listening to whatever is on your mind. Staying connected is key.
2) We offer 3-way calling. So if you need to review your insurance program or have questions, my team and I can talk to you, even if the 3 of us are in 3 different locations.
3) We offer a Video Conference Insurance Review Zoom call. We would send you the exact steps to download the easy to use Zoom app. With this video conference feature, all parties have the ability to see and hear each other.
As always, it is the small business owners that will be called upon to lead in the recovery.
Success will depend on staying connected with each other, our communities, and the resources we need.
If you are a State Farm customer & you are NOT currently signed up on our State Farm Mobile App, NOW is the time to do so. No excuses. Its free! If you can’t pull this up, ask a teenager. They can get it done for you.
Why do I need to be able to sign in to the State Farm Mobile App?
Because you can see all your policies without us….without calling or emailing anyone.
Because it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Because when you have a claim, you can file the claim with your fingertips.
Because when you have a bill due, you can pay it online and you can SEE that the bill was paid.
Because the State Farm Mobile App offers amazing, helpful information. Content that you are craving.
Because so many of the questions you have, the answers can be found on this State Farm Mobile App.
