All finished processing 50 chickens! A busy day. Thank you Michael Willer head butcher, David Willer, Brooke Warnick, and friend Lauren, we couldn't have done it without a team!
Made Bone broth from the leftover carcuses Then fed the strained stock to my layers and they gobbled it up.
