Bought a home and worked with a nightmare of a seller's agent who had unreasonable demands and used unprofessional communication. T.C. maintained his professionalism and handled her respectfully while getting the job done. He completed his part of this inherently stressful process accurately, helped me learn along the way, and even completed his parts of the process ahead of schedule which felt like a subtle yet satisfying FU to the seller's agent which I appreciated, lol. Working with me might have been challenging for him as well as I was fairly anxious and nervous at the start once I realized how unreasonable the seller's agent was being on top of learning that I didn't know what I didn't know re: the many ins and outs of the home buying process itself. T.C. was readily accessible, gave prompt and thoughtful responses to me and all other parties involved, was through in his explanations, and helped me feel calm, confident, and prepared as we moved through the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would use him again in a heartbeat.
