Switched my website to GoDaddy from Network Solutions who had been my registrar and webhost for many years. Salesperson there was denigrating the staff at GoDaddy and one other firm. First lesson in sales and marketing is that you don't talk negatively about your competition. That is usually a sign that the incumbent knows he/she can't win the new business or retain the existing business on his/her own company's merits. He lost the sale!
