When I opened my COUNTRY Financial agency here in Mason City, I didn’t just want an office — I wanted a space that reflects who I am and what I stand for.

Family, hard work, the outdoors, and building real relationships — that’s the foundation of my life, and I wanted this space to feel the same way. Comfortable. Welcoming. Genuine. A place where clients, friends, and family can walk in, grab a cup of coffee, sit down, and feel right at home.

After a couple months of bouncing ideas off family and friends and putting it all together, it’s starting to look exactly how I pictured it. I still have a few finishing touches in mind, but I’m proud of where it’s headed.

I’ll be hosting an open house soon, and I can’t wait to invite everyone in. Until then, my door is open — whether you want to talk insurance or just stop by to say hello.

I’m grateful to serve this community and build something that feels like more than just an insurance office.

Myles Moos – Country Financial is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly part-time Secretary / Office Assistant to join our Mason City office. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, marketing efforts, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and greeting clients in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Basic data entry, filing, and general office support
• Assisting with marketing activities such as social media posts, community outreach, and office promotions
• Assisting in quoting new and current clients
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
• Illinois Casualty & Fire Insurance License
• OR willingness to complete training and work toward obtaining the license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with the public
