The Board of Directors of CBBC Bank, at a recent board meeting, approved the promotion of Donna Nuchols to Assistant Vice President. President & CEO Mike Hearon recommended the promotion based upon her work ethic, leadership role, and overall dedication to CBBC Bank and the local community.

Nuchols, who has been with CBBC Bank since 2019, will assume the role of Controller. Her
previous roles have included Portfolio Manager, Credit Analyst, and Commercial Loan Assistant.

Donna actively volunteers in the community as a United Way Champion and with the Tom
Hatcher Charity Golf Tournament. She also serves on the Tennessee Bankers Association
Women in Banking Committee.
