Many buyers assume down payment assistance is only for first-time homebuyers, but that's not always the case. Through THDA's Great Choice program, eligible repeat homebuyers may qualify for up to $15,000 toward their down payment and closing costs.

You may qualify if:
✅ You haven't owned and lived in a home in the last 3 years
✅ You're a veteran or active-duty military member eligible for Homeownership for Heroes
✅ You're purchasing in certain targeted areas
