I love being part of a homebuyer’s journey to homeownership; but I also cherish being a friend and resource to clients after I’ve helped them finance the homes of their dreams. Borrowers know they can ask me about the schools because my kids are in them. The same goes for local churches. If they want to put their personal touches on that new home they just purchased, I’m ready to share a list of s

ome of the best contractors around. If they ask whether I can help their friends and family with a mortgage or refinance, my answer is always the same: I would love to! I first began cultivating my passion for helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership as a real estate agent in 2002. That career opened the door for me to become a mortgage lender, where I now help borrowers achieve their short and long-term financial goals as a loan officer in MIG’s Maryville branch. I’ve learned to thrive in an industry that’s seen its fair share of ups and downs. By being innovative, staying focused on the task at hand and streamlining processes, I’ve honed my skills to better serve my clients while building lasting and meaningful relationships with them. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I strive to create an enjoyable and memorable mortgage lending experience for clients that takes the fear and uncertainty out of the process. Buying a home is an exciting time and I want the loan approval process to add to the excitement and thrill. I’m forever an optimist, so I root for homebuyers, encourage them with a positive attitude, and become part of their team. I am truly excited to walk with them on their journey to homeownership. With that said, I understand how important a mortgage decision is, so I don’t take lightly the trust borrowers place in me. I listen carefully to their stories and ask leading questions so I can fully understand their goals. I pride myself on transparency and believe strongly that education is the best way for clients to feel confident about their decisions. I work tirelessly to find the most advantageous mortgage programs for clients, going over every detail with them until they select the one that makes the most financial sense for their unique situation. It’s also my job to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, so I work closely with buyer and seller agents and coordinate with all the other industry professionals involved in the transaction so we can reach the closing table on time. My clients know they can reach me outside of normal business hours and I want my appreciation of their trust in me to be evident in all of our exchanges. I’m a member of the Blount Partnership and love living in East Tennessee. When I’m not celebrating with clients at the closing table, I enjoy exploring everything Tennessee has to offer with my husband and our three active children. It is the most beautiful place I have lived and the beautiful mountains, rivers, and lakes are our playground. I also spend my time cheering on my kids in their many activities.
