In 2002, I operated a family-run credit repair business with my parents, long before credit websites existed. This was true pen-and-paper credit repair โ๏ธ โ carefully analyzing reports line by line and working directly with mortgage professionals across the U.S. to help families prepare for homeownership the right way. From 2021โ2022, I worked alongside a highly knowledgeable loan officer โ the same one I proudly work with today. We each bring our own strengths, handle our own pipelines, and collaborate closely when needed. Some files are hers, some are mine, and many we work together โ but one thing never changes: we donโt give up on our clients. We communicate, problem-solve, and push through challenges as a team so our borrowers donโt feel alone in the process. What makes my approach different is perspective. Outside of work, Iโm a mom of four kids โ three grown and out of the house โ and yes, theyโre the ones responsible for the gray hairs. ๐ Iโm also a proud Gigi to two precious grandbabies who have a beautiful way of slowing me down and reminding me to savor life a little more ๐๐
My 13-year-old daughter keeps life full โ cheering, playing volleyball ๐, surfing behind our Moomba on Tellico Lake ๐, and already preparing early for her dream of becoming a veterinarian ๐พ๐ด. My husband and I live in an old farmhouse built by his Papaw, where we put God first, take family time seriously, and gather often around the table โ because I truly love to cook and feed my big family ๐ฝ๏ธโค๏ธ. Around here, they call me Mama, Mama J, or Gigi โ but when it comes to your home, your finances, and your future, I show up Mama Bear strong.
