VA home loans just gave me yet another reason to LOVE them! They have taken the payment on a collection account that I had to factor in when qualifying for a home loan and DIVIDED IT BY 12!

This means if you have a 10K collection the payment I had to factor in as a monthly debt went from $500 a month down to $41.67

This means MORE BUYING POWER FOR VA BUYERS!
