📍Snohomish County – Monday Market Watch
Snohomish County is continuing to lean toward a buyer’s market as more sellers adjust expectations and reduce pricing to meet current market conditions. The “pink cloud” pricing mentality is starting to fade, and buyers are gaining more negotiating power week after week.
*New Listings: 291-Inventory continues to provide buyers with more options throughout the county.
*Pending Sales: 336-Well-priced homes are still moving quickly, especially in desirable neighborhoods and affordability pockets.
*Price Reductions: 246-This remains one of the strongest indicators of the current market shift. Sellers who adapt are creating movement, while overpriced homes continue to sit.
