This week looked a little different for me, and I loved every minute of it! ❤️ I had the opportunity to spend time at ECHS (Early College High School) working alongside students on their STEM Solutions projects, watching them think creatively, problem-solve, and develop ideas for real-world challenges.

I also spent time at Ohio Hi-Point collaborating with industry professionals on ways to strengthen and improve internship opportunities for our students.

As a business owner, I believe it’s so important to invest in the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Our students have so much potential, and connecting education with real-world experiences can make a lasting impact on their futures.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to step outside my normal day-to-day routine, share my experiences, learn from others, and play a small part in helping create opportunities for our future workforce. Our students today are the future of our workforce communities tomorrow! ❤️
