If your house, is damaged by aircraft, there may be other insurance policies associated with the at-fault pilot or aircraft company that kick into effect first. If those don't wholly cover the damages, your homeowner's insurance policy should cover the damages under the "falling objects" peril. If their payout limit is not enough to cover the cost of damages made to your home or belongings, you can file a claim with your insurance company and they will cover the additional cost of repairs.
