2. The Contingency Buster -

Get a guaranteed backup offer for the minimum amount required to eliminate your home sale contingency so you can BBYS for the lowest possible fee.

Purchase Price Guarantee (PPG) for your current home.

This guarantee serves as a backup offer, ensuring that Calque will purchase the home for a pre-agreed price if it remains unsold on the open market within specified timeframe.

This arrangement allows Integrity Home Mortgage Corp. to finance your new home as though the existing one has already been sold.

FNMA and FREDDIE Considerations:
2 years work history required
School transcripts if job history is under 2 years
Part-time income counts towards job history
Variable income must show 12 months of stability
High school transcripts not accepted
Income must be stable and expected to continue

FHA Considerations:
2-year work history OR proof of school enrollment OR military service in the last 2 years

VA Considerations:
2-year work history in current position OR evidence of training/education related to the role

USDA Considerations:
1 year work history
1 year combined from employers, military, or education
High school diploma without a career-based certificate does not meet requirements
