As a probationary enforcement agent the candidate will work directly under the guidance and supervision of a senior agent during their probation period. This time during probation, in addition to fulfilling their duties as an enforcement agent, will be spent gaining training on the job and knowledge to enable them to perform the full functions of their position. This prepares them for completion of probation and advancement to enforcement agent.
This position will require many hours of training both hands on in the field as well as classroom book knowledge. Multiple certifications will be required to include but not limited to training and certification in baton, OC, taser, fi****ms (pistol/rifle/shotgun) and firearm ammunition, less than lethal training, use of force, situational deescalation, interview technique, handcuffing, law and legal studies, defensive tactics and unarmed self defense and more.
Pay is per case. For each case you complete you will be compensated at a percentage rate. Percentage rates will be discussed and set during the hiring process.
Schedule is not fixed and may require working days, nights, mids, weekends, holidays etc.. Your cases will be assigned by your supervisor.
