Property is located off of Highway 431 in Martin, TN. 4 private rooms available: 2 office spaces, 1 storage room, and 1 bathroom. Shared spaces include a conference room and receptionist desk. Utilities will be separate (electric and water), renting for $1,000/month but deposit is only $500.
