🐆 What animal does well on tests? A CHEETAH! 🎉 But don't worry, Miguel didn't cheat! He earned this one!

Congratulations to Miguel on passing his FiCEP exam!

Miguel has earned his Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation through the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP)!

This certification provides Miguel with additional knowledge and skills to help MMCCU members manage their finances, build budgets, tackle debt, and work toward their financial goals.

Of course, our MMCCU team couldn't let this accomplishment go unnoticed! They celebrated with a creative sign, a little humor, and plenty of congratulations.

We're proud of Miguel for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping our members achieve financial success! 👏

Today, we celebrate what makes credit unions special: people helping people.

For 78 years, International Credit Union Day has recognized the impact credit unions make in the lives of their members and communities around the world. Here at MMCCU, we’re proud to be part of that tradition by helping our members save, borrow, plan, and build stronger financial futures.

This year’s theme, “Cooperative Finance: A Steady Signal in a Noisy World,” is a great reminder of what credit unions are all about: trusted guidance, local service, and putting members first.

💕 Wearing Pink for a Purpose, Honoring Those Who Care! 💕

At MMCCU, supporting healthcare workers is at the heart of who we are. Our membership includes healthcare professionals from all fields, and we know the incredible difference they make in the lives of others every day.

At our recent all-staff meeting, we challenged our employees to wear pink for a great cause! MMCCU pledged $250, plus an additional $50 for every employee who participated.

Everyone showed up in pink, bringing our total donation to $800 for Cattails Place in Marshfield!

🏡 Cattails Place provides a home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers who travel to Marshfield for treatment, offering comfortable accommodations and a supportive environment when it's needed most.

As a credit union dedicated to serving healthcare professionals, we're especially proud to recognize the compassion, dedication, and teamwork that go into caring for patients and their families.

A Day of Learning, Teamwork, and Growth!

While our offices were closed for the federal holiday, the MMCCU team was hard at work investing in something important: each other!

We spent the day focusing on two key elements of a strong team: accountability and communication. Through training, team-building activities, and a little fun, we strengthened the connections that help us better serve our members every day.

Our day took us to Mid-State Technical College in Stevens Point and Tactical Escape 101, where we had the opportunity to learn, collaborate, problem-solve, and put our teamwork skills to the test!

At MMCCU, we believe that when we grow together as a team, we become even better at serving our members and our community.

For many of our members, our tellers are the first friendly face they see when they walk through the door and often one of the first people they turn to when they need help.

They answer questions, solve problems, build relationships and help create the welcoming experience our members expect from MMCCU.
