Looking back at 2025, I closed about 8 deals in Central Iowa. It was a quieter year for sure, waiting to see where things landed after the 2024 election...
Right now, I have one outlier property I’m looking to sell.
It is a Big House. It definitely needs some TLC. Because of that, I’m pricing it significantly under the assessed value to get it moved before the end of the year.

Moving forward, I am looking to buy 2-3 Bed homes in Marshalltown and surrounding towns.
I’m looking for houses that need work, or owners who need a solution rather than just a "For Sale" sign.
Usually, I work with people who are feeling stuck with a property.
Maybe it’s an inherited house that is sitting empty. Maybe probate is dragging on. Maybe the repairs are just too overwhelming, or they are facing foreclosure.
I can usually offer a quick, clean option to take the burden off their plate.
I pay referral fees.
