Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend our Shelter Insurance District Luncheon, where I was honored to receive my plaque for earning Conference last year!

A special thank you to Trent Gaines, Vice President of Marketing Operations for Shelter Insurance, for presenting the award.

Beyond celebrating accomplishments, I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from Trent about the future of our company and, just as importantly, to voice some of the concerns we are hearing from our customers.

As a local agent, being able to advocate for the people and families I serve is important to me. I’m grateful for opportunities like this to have those conversations directly with company leadership and make sure our customers’ voices are heard.
