Aubrey, a graduate of Marshall High School, has made an incredible impact through her leadership, academic excellence, and dedication to serving others. As President of both the National Honor Society and the Marshall Community Foundation Youth Advisory Council, she has helped lead initiatives that strengthen her school and community. From athletics and the arts to volunteer service and student leadership, Aubrey has embraced every opportunity to make a difference. In 1985, MCCU began offering first and second mortgage loans, creating new opportunities for members looking to purchase or refinance a home.

That year, 23 mortgage loans were processed—marking the beginning of a service that would continue to grow for decades to come.

Today, that impact looks very different. As shared in our latest Annual Meeting report, MCCU funded 400 mortgage loans in 2025 alone.

From those first 23 mortgages to hundreds each year today, we’re proud to continue helping members build roots, reach goals, and invest in their futures. 💜

Brookelyn, a student at Marshall High School, has shown dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to her future goals. Through her hard work and positive attitude, she has made a meaningful impact both in and out of the classroom. This fall, Brookelyn plans to attend Douglas J Aveda Institute to pursue a career as an esthetician, combining her passion for helping others feel confident and cared for.
