Your credit score is just a number...or is it?

Jena has been with Farmers & Merchants State Bank for almost 17 years! Jena does most of the accounting for the bank as a whole. She is also BSA officer which means she has to make sure everyone is complying with certain banking regulations. Her favorite part about working at F&M is her co-workers. Being a smaller financial institution everyone knows everyone who works here and will help one another out when needed.
