What an incredible past week it has been in Maui for President Council 2026!
We got to talk to executives, fellow agency owners, district managers and some amazing friends. To be around the top 1% of the company makes you realize what is possible, and what else can be changed, to make the agency even better.
Although we didn’t bring home the Customer Experience Agency of the Year award, to be considered in our 4th year is something we pride ourselves on, and will continue to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
Congratulations to Farmers Insurance District Manager - Mike Vandermeulen on winning his 3rd consecutive District Manager of the Year award! To be your friend is something I’ll never take for granted and know how incredibly hard you work to not just make yourself better but to make every agent in our district better. You drive and determination is something I try to emulate everyday. Proud to know you before you became the 🐐.
To my team. You all our the best in the country. You make the changes needed day in and day out to make our agency the best. You handle all of my crazy ideas and just run with them and make them better, and for that I am so thankful.
To my clients, that I consider my friends, thank you! None of these accolades would be possible without you, and I will never go a minute without acknowledging that. You are the lifeblood, and provide the opportunity to have such an amazing team to help you. Thank you!
To my wife, you are the best. You are truly one of a kind and I will never be able to thank you enough for what you do for me and our family. You push me when I need it, give me a shoulder to cry when I’m down, and the kick in the butt when I need it too. I love you Theresa!
Halfway through 2026 already, but I am so excited to see what the rest of the year brings! Let’s go!
