Heads up! It's Severe Weather Awareness Week, and today is the statewide tornado drill. You'll hear outdoor sirens at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. as part of the drill.
Remember, those sirens are for people who are outdoors. For warnings inside your home, you can use:
A NOAA Weather Radio
Weather apps on your smartphone
Local news broadcasts
Take this opportunity to review your family's emergency plan and make sure everyone knows what to do when a real warning is issued.
