Why life insurance?
Losing my brother in 2019 was devastating to my family - he had life insurance through work, but outside of work, he was not able to get a policy approved for various reasons. Luckily, the coverage through his work was enough to cover his funeral expenses and because he didn't have a family of his own, there was no financial burden since no one was relying on his income. The pain alone crushed us. There was a fog that weighed heavy for quite some time, and our family needed time to grieve. I couldn't imagine having to think about anything else but the fact that he was gone.
Until you personally go through a loss, life insurance may not be on your radar.
No one thinks about having car insurance or homeowners/renters insurance, they just have it because they need to have it.
Please consider life insurance the way you prioritize having home and auto insurance coverage. Don't let your family suffer more than they have to.
I can sleep peacefully at night knowing that my wife and my daughter are protected and won't have to worry about how they will pay the bills when I'm gone. They are my world and their financial future is priority number 1!
These two are the reason I have life insurance!
