Responsibilities:
• Originate residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
• Consult with clients to determine the best loan options based on financial goals
• Guide borrowers through the application and loan process from start to finish
• Maintain compliance with all lending regulations and company policies
• Actively prospect and grow your personal pipeline

Qualifications:
• Active NMLS license (required)- preferred, but not required.
• Experience in mortgage origination preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sales or customer service background is a plus

Here’s an important homebuying tip you don’t want to miss.

Once you've applied for your mortgage, consistency is key. That means no new credit cards, no big purchases (yes, even that sectional couch), and no changing banks.

You don’t want to do anything that could put your application at risk.
The best advice I can give? Before making any financial moves, talk to your lender first.
