I just received a call from a very good friend of mine, He called Kelley last evening (text) because he bought a new car. He just called me to let me know kelley had everything taken care of for him before he got to work, couldn’t thank us enough for the service we provide and appreciated the availability.

Let’s talk about customer service!

Kenny Woods just received a wrong number call on his cell phone from Scott Depot, WV. Older gentlemen who needs the phone number of Valley Health in Hurricane, WV. Does Kenny tell the poor guy he has a wrong number & disconnect? Heck no! Kenny puts him on speaker, looks up the number, gives it to him (slowly) & tells him to have a nice day!

Kenny just made a new friend!

Hey everyone, forgot to let you know we are closed today for Good Friday and Easter, so we can spend Easter with our Families. I’ve always felt Easter was the most important holiday, after all, Jesus gave his life to save us.
