Last Thursday was such a special day for all of us at Smart Insurance Agency.

Thank you to everyone who came by our office, brought cards or kind words, shared memories with Randy, and helped us celebrate this next chapter for our agency. Seeing so many familiar faces throughout the afternoon meant a lot to our entire team.

As we move forward, we’re thankful that so much is staying the same — the same staff, the same values, and the same commitment to taking care of our clients and community.

When the hail rolled through and the power went out, our team kept working the best we could — running on battery backups, flashlights, phone hot spots, and a whole lot of teamwork — all to continue helping our clients when they needed us most.
