Last Monday, we raised a glass to our first official day as owners of Smart Insurance Agency.

For Nick and me, this wasn't just a business milestone—it was a family one. 💙

Nick has been serving clients here for nearly 15 years; but as Randy and Gayle's daughter, I grew up in these walls, spending time at the office long before I ever imagined I would one day help lead it.

Today, we're honored to carry forward the business, relationships, and values that Randy & Gayle, and Jim & Carrell before them spent a lifetime building.

While ownership has changed, our mission hasn't. You'll still find the same trusted team, the same commitment to personal service, and the same dedication to our community that has defined Smart Insurance for generations.

Last Thursday was such a special day for all of us at Smart Insurance Agency.
