Another update time!
Yesterday we set up our instant issue debit card machine, and I tested it out to make sure everything was working properly. Today we got to issue our very first debit card to a member right here at the branch! If you need a new card immediately, don't hesitate to stop by the branch and ask for Tim. We won't have our new Mastercard ready until October, but if you need a new card right away then we can take care of that for you. Just a reminder that you do NOT need to get a new card. If you're happy with the one you have, then you can keep it.
Next up, Online Banking. Google continues to be a struggle to work with, I've reached out to a few contacts at Google to see what they can do to help. As soon as the app is approved, you'll all know. In the meantime, we've had plenty of success getting Android users into their online banking on the browser.
Many of the online banking issues we ran into on Tuesday and Wednesday have been resolved. If you're struggling to get enrolled or logged in, don't hesitate to e-mail me at [email protected]. We're continuing to reinstate and add additional features, more on that soon.
