We’re proud to say that we’ve maintained our standard hours throughout this week to support our community and members. We temporarily needed to have withdrawal limits in place, and those limits are now lifted.

We'll be open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday for a drive up only, so if you needed to withdraw additional cash, you’re welcome to come by.

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE‼️

We’re going to open tomorrow morning with limited services to make sure we can take care of your essential needs.

At this time, most businesses are cash only so we want to make sure that you can withdraw money to pay for the essentials. If you’re able to use your debit card at the merchants you visit, please do so. We’ll need to limit withdrawals depending upon what we have available. We’ll most likely be drive-up only, depending on how many staff members are able to safely get to the branch.

As significant rainfall and severe weather are anticipated for our area, a State of Emergency was initiated at 5 PM on Wednesday.

The safety of our members and employees is our top priority! Today we’re going to open the drive-up only from 8:30 to 11:00. If you need to complete any essential banking transactions this week, please make sure you do so during that time as we may not be able to open on Friday.

Another update time!

Yesterday we set up our instant issue debit card machine, and I tested it out to make sure everything was working properly. Today we got to issue our very first debit card to a member right here at the branch! If you need a new card immediately, don't hesitate to stop by the branch and ask for Tim. We won't have our new Mastercard ready until October, but if you need a new card right away then we can take care of that for you. Just a reminder that you do NOT need to get a new card. If you're happy with the one you have, then you can keep it.

Next up, Online Banking. Google continues to be a struggle to work with, I've reached out to a few contacts at Google to see what they can do to help. As soon as the app is approved, you'll all know. In the meantime, we've had plenty of success getting Android users into their online banking on the browser.

Many of the online banking issues we ran into on Tuesday and Wednesday have been resolved. If you're struggling to get enrolled or logged in, don't hesitate to e-mail me at [email protected]. We're continuing to reinstate and add additional features, more on that soon.

Online Banking is all set!

Please go to our web site or download the new Apple app to re-enroll in online banking. If you've already re-enrolled, any issues that you may have had logging in should all be corrected.

I'll send out another communication as soon as the Android app has been added by Google. If you have an Android app, you can use the web browser until the app is added.
