Update 9/19

3:00 p.m.

Branches are now open for normal operations. Online banking and debit cards are still under restoration. MEMBERS : Thank you so much for continued patience. This was a trying time for all of us. We are Riverside because of you!

Update 9/18

3:30 p.m.

Update: Although we are NOT operational yet our service provider has made tangible progress. We are hopeful for a full recovery soon. Thank you members for your patience. Please continue to monitor our page for up to date information.

11:10 a.m.

Our core provider Sharetec reassured us we will get a call from their service team today to work with us to bring the system live again. Although, no time frame was given.

We have heard reports of issue with the stand in limits on our debit cards today. Sharetec advised they are working to correct this issue. Again as soon as we have an update to provide we will.

8:30 a.m.

We have received an update from our core processor, and their current expectation is that our system should be back up and running sometime today. We remain hopeful that this occurs although it is not guaranteed.

Teller operations are down at both locations. We will keep you posted as soon as we get back up and running. Unfortunately this has had an effect on debit card usage as well. Thank you for patience and understanding!

Due to weather Riverside Federal Credit Union will be closed today 1/26/2026. We will resume normal operating hours Tuesday 1/27/2026. As always our ATM and online banking is available.
