My Young Adult Budgeting Group is for:

1. People who are 18-25ish years old with little to no debt. Possibly just a little medical debt OR student loans OR one credit card.

2. People who want to learn about the foundation of Dave Ramsey's money principles.

3. People who want learn young how win with money. And they don't need to be good with math. They only need to know how to add and subtract. 😉

Who is this NOT for?

1. People who have several outstanding debts, debt in collections and/or need more individual help. This is more of an educational group setting and while I will be answering questions and giving individual direction, I will not be able to help them all individually with complex situations. If that is needed, I do offer that service separately on my website.

2. Someone who is NOT going to show up and/or watch the recordings. If they have no interest in this, they probably won't put in the work.

A few questions I have been getting about the Young Adult Budgeting Group:

❓What types of skills are you teaching?
➡️ We will be learning how to do a budget, both on paper, in the FREE Every Dollar app and each participant will do their July budget; Dave Ramsey's Baby Steps; Covering the 4 Walls; Tweaking Expenses; Sinking Funds and Emergency Funds.

❓What if they work during the days and times you are offering the group?
➡️ That is totally ok because it will be recorded and sent to them after each session.

❓What if they have questions on their homework outside of the group sessions?
➡️ They will be able to message me with simple questions outside of the sessions or re-watch the recording. They will also have time at each group sessions to ask me questions. I will also have a bonus Q&A session in August that will be held based on interest, where they can bring me any questions.

A parent said to me recently:

"I just don't want them to learn about money the hard way, like I did"

And I feel that one so much!! I always felt like I was good at math, so that should have made me good at money. So how did I end up so deep in debt, unable to afford my minimum payments? I didn't have the right plan!

For so many of us, money confidence came from mistakes, stress and figuring things out alone and the hard way.

It doesn't have to be that way for this next generation.
