Jessica and Bryce are celebrating their anniversary, and Pickles is celebrating what he assumes is the main event: his birthday!

We hope there’s time for a nice dinner, plenty of treats and no disagreement about who gets the most attention.😉
Although judging by that face, Pickles may have already decided.

Saturday plans are pretty much handling themselves this week!

Shopapalooza is happening at The Pavilion, and The Patch has Mum + Market Day along with the opening of its new corn maze. So basically, shop for a while, grab some mums and then go get lost.
That’s a full day for the family!

We’re so excited to sponsor their America 250 maze this fall. The design is incredible, and we love that every corn maze ticket and “Do It All” package sold will send $1 to Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois!

It officially opens Saturday, September 5, during Mum and Market Day. We already know the Stearns crew will be getting lost in this one at least once…probably more than once!! 😂

🍁 Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary in our corn maze starting September 5th! 🍁

We are kicking off the season with Mum and Market Day at The Patch 2026 on Saturday, September 5th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM!

Come get lost in our massive, patriotically designed America 250 themed corn maze. With two mazes in one, you are sure to have an amazing time! Plus we will have a word search game hidden through out it!

It is a celebration of our history, our freedom, and a reminder that In God We Trust. 🇺🇸

One kid is off at college and two are still at home, so logically the snack budget should have gone down.

It did not. 😂

Somehow the Stearns house is still buying snacks like all three kids invited ten friends over...and they disappear before anyone admits to eating them!

Apparently, buying snacks and actually having snacks are two completely different things.

Just like that, Friday nights have plans again!🏈

Marion kicks off the season at home against Carterville tonight.
We’ll be cheering for the Wildcats, of course, but we hope both teams have a safe game and a good start to the season!!

Turns out the coordinated outfits aren’t the only thing Natasha and Jessica have in common. 😂

Crown Brew Coffee Co. made both of their lists of local favorites, and honestly, we get it.
A quick coffee run can fix a surprising number of things… or at least make the day feel a little more manageable. ☕️

Now the real decision is Green Flag Matcha or Iced White Turtle Latte.
Depending on the day, the answer may be both!!

Marriage is a lot more than the big milestones. It’s school mornings, full calendars, long workdays, family dinners, inside jokes, and having the same person beside you through all of it.

Today we’re wishing Natasha and Tony a very happy anniversary!

We hope they get a little time to slow down, enjoy the day, and take in just how much life they’ve built together.
