I had the pleasure of helping Dylan & Abigail purchase their first home 10 years ago, when I was just getting started in the mortgage industry. Fast forward a decade, they’ve outgrown that home, their family has grown, and it was time for an upgrade.

I had the privilege of helping 31 families achieve the dream of homeownership this month, including 4 closings today to cap off an incredible July.

Every closing represents so much more than paperwork. Behind each one is a family's dream, months of planning, and the start of a new chapter. Being trusted to guide people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives is something I'll never take for granted.

To all 31 families who trusted me with your home financing—thank you. It truly means the world to me.
